This class is set up as a 12 day cycle. It will be every morning at 8:30 am, June 1- June 12. It features standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang), breathing exercises, and a joint opening and mobility form. This is my usual morning practice. If you want to go deeper into the Chinese Internal Martial or Healing Arts, this is for you. It’ll be more a practice session than a class, and you’ll be practicing with me. Working through cycles of specific material is one of the best ways to really make progress and gain maximum benefits. All experience levels are welcome, but realize the standing meditation will be at least 12 minutes.

In order to get the most of this program, it’s recommended to not miss any days in the cycle. Sometimes things happen though. And if you do miss a class, I’ll send you a video. And as long as you practice with it later that same day, you won’t lose any ground.
