Health Rhythms facilitator, James Gummer, leads the group through the scientifically proven and evidence-based protocol used in hospitals, health centers, and communities across the country. Health Rhythms has demonstrated its ability to lower stress and prevent burnout, improve mood states, strengthen the immune system, lower anxiety, improve behavior toward others, and provide an outlet for healthy self expression. It’s also great for team building and fun! Anxiety sufferers, people with chronic pain or illness, those with high blood pressure, or large amounts of stress in their life will find this program particularly helpful. No prior musical or drumming experience is needed. All drums and percussion instruments are provided.
