I’m teaching a Tai Chi Level 2 class on ZOOM!
It’ll be the second part of the form you learned at either CCBC, my zoom class last fall, or at LifeBridge.
For those that haven’t studied with me, it’s the second half of the Tai Chi For Arthritis & Fall Prevention Form
Time: Wednesday Evenings 7pm – 8pm, Eastern Time.
Dates: May 26 – June 30
Just $10 bucks.

All classes will be recorded and available online for the entire 6 weeks. So, if you miss a class, you can make it up. And because it’s on Zoom, you can take class from anywhere.

Movement Mondays are 30 minutes of low impact exercises with a focus on loosening, waking, and preparing the body for the day.
There’ll be bits of Tai Chi, Qigong Breathing Exercises, and Meditation in an express morning format.
Time: Mondays 8am – 8:30 am Eastern US Time
Dates: May 3 – June 28, 2021
(*Well skip Memorial Day.)
Cost: $50 for 8 week session or $9 per drop in class.
(*Anyone who works at a Renaissance Festival in any capacity pays only $40 )
Going to miss a class for vacation or some other reason?
You can either take me with you on your mobile device and have class anywhere, or enjoy the video of the class later. I’ll leave the classes up on my website for the entire 8 week session so you can practice whenever you have time. This is also a great option for people who just can’t do 8am sometimes. (Or anytime 😉)
