Wellness Wednesdays are 30 minutes of low impact exercise with a focus on loosening, waking, and preparing the body for the day.
There’ll be bits of Tai Chi, Qigong Breathing Exercises, and Meditation in an express morning format.
Going to miss a class for vacation or some other reason?
You can either take me with you on your mobile device and have class anywhere, or enjoy the video of the class later. I’ll leave the classes up on my website for the entire 8 week session so you can practice whenever you have time. This is also a great option for people who just can’t do 9am.
